Job Description

You will be in charge of marketing, internal and external communications and employee relations, stated as follows:

  • Work with internal & external business stakeholders to develop targeted, integrated and creative communications plan.
  • Manage content plans and develop emotional storylines.
  • Draft press releases, company presentations and case studies according to communications plans.
  • Develop, evaluate and improve targeted LinkedIn campaigns (with Microsoft Dynamics CRM), and all social media platforms including company website, Wechat, Facebook etc.
  • Develop and evaluate internal and customer surveys, and derive high level measures out of it, e.g. supported out the CRM system.
  • Manage our company website, traffic and align website content through an analytical SEO and KPI-driven approach.
  • Responsible for organizing our participation and appearance at industry trade fairs.
  • Develop a creative internal communication approach to drive and support our transformational change.
  • Coordinate and manage inter and intra companies’ employee relations to achieve smooth and efficient relations, communications for sustainable and efficient productions and business operations.
  • To develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, support the business development, growth and expansion plan.
  • To involve in recruitment activities, selection process and propose hiring decision to Management.
  • To involve in training and development activities by assessing the training needs and monitor training programs to support for the business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • To nurture a positive working environment, share the company culture and to bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • To implement necessary for workplace awareness which includes discriminations, code of conduct and ethics policy, work safety regulations and anti-bribery & corruption policy.
  • To ensure the legal compliance for overall HR management with local regulations and communications with local authorities as necessary.
  • To keep track employee’s performance, employee’s issue and conducts and to handle conflicts, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • To handle other duties as when assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master degree in Marketing or Communications or Human Resources Management.
  • Preferably 5 years communications experience for internal and external target groups, ideally in the semiconductor industry or the ability to learn the industry specifics very fast.
  • Proven track record in the area of media and governmental relations with a strong affinity for social media and campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office, especially Microsoft word, Excels & Power Point and for data analysis.
  • Ability to communicate and interact with people at all level and to work cross functionally.
  • Strong analytical, planning, negotiation, oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in context based emotional storytelling and change management.
  • Proactive, creative and innovative mindset, thriving in a regional, diverse and multicultural environment.
  • Technical skills and aptitude for content management programs; basic HTML knowledge is an asset.
  • Experience working with external vendors and service providers such as agencies for design, digital, PR and multimedia work.
  • Native or fluent English skills is mandatory, a good command of Malay and Mandarin languages a big advantage.
